Perp stole a Picasso, caught cause no back pack

Mark Lugo of Hoboken, NJ, was arrested July 6th for stealing a Picasso and walking around the streets of San Francisco with it.

On July 5th, the Weinstein Gallery reported a Pablo Picasso drawing missing. The drawing, "Tete de Femme," is supposedly worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Lugo might have gotten away with it if he had a backpack.

In the video footage up top, courtesy of Lefty O'Doul's, a bar located on the same street as the Weinstein Gallery, police were able to identify and apprehend Lugo.

The video footage captures an average day in San Fran; woman checking herself out, a man walks + texts, and the perp walks around with the drawing (still in frame).

The perp might have actually gotten away with it if he had hidden it better.
